Mission
History - Ajaykumar & Associates, a PAN India service provider, was established in 2002 in Chennai. The firm expanded its operations to cover Southern India by 2004. Western Region operations commenced from 2006. The operations expanded to the Rest of India by 2008. The firm has been offering services to small, medium and large corporate across multiple industries panning many verticals. We take pride in conducting our operations with highest standards of ethics, with a clearly defined and articulated policies on ethics governance . Our operations are firmly rooted on values of integrity, openness and passion to excel supported by a culture driven by quality.
Team - With a team size of 200+ employees and a robust tie up with a network of Associate CA firms, Ajaykumar & Associates has been a PAN INDIA player for the past 6 years. The team is a balanced one with a blend of CAs and commerce graduates. We have a good blend of youth and experience who have joined us from a cross section of industries. The work culture is one of openness and caring with a very lean structure.
Services - Our primary focus is on Audit and Assurance services supported by Analytics. We provide outsourcing services in select areas. We provide services to clients in the FMCG, Retail, Lifestyle, Telecom, ITES & BFSI sectors.
We have a strong ERP exposure with operational knowledge of SAP, Oracle, JDE, Mfgpro and Tally backed by a very high level of proficiency in MS Excel. Quality check process is independent of the delivery process for all our audits. There is a robust 3 tier Governance process.
Technology - We have developed in-house solutions through our internal IT team to cater to reporting and reviews. Real time reporting on certain processes is in place for select customers. Custom built dashboards and portals, to enhance the quality of reporting, are developed by our internal team. We have invested and trained people on cyber security threats and established high levels of system security within our network.
